This new feature will allow users to keep better track of communication with their clients.
The new Email History tab is where Form Simplicity users will locate the emails they sent to or from a transaction. And, if a text message is sent to the transaction, it will keep track of it! Additionally, users can read the email/text message sent or received in its entirety, and print/email it as needed.
The Email History tab will be available beginning April 7, 2015, and it is located on the Transaction page (the last tab to the right). With this new feature, tracking communications with clients in Form Simplicity is simpler, quicker, and improved.
